Are all your products genuine?
Yes, all of our products are 100% genuine.

Is it possible to visit your warehouse to make a purchase?
All orders have to be placed online at the moment. But we are working in the program to make our warehouse open for visit in the near future.

Which payment methods are available?
We currently accept payments from WorldPay, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa & JCB.

Where is my order?
Track your most recent orders by visiting your account section. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your orders.

Can I cancel my order?
If you decide that you want to cancel your order, we will give you a full refund excluding any shipping and handling charges up to a maximum of our standard delivery charges. To get a full refund you must return the goods within seven days after receiving them in the same condition that was sent out to you. If the original items are not returned to us, we reserve the right to deny a refund. For hygienic reasons, we cannot issue refunds for used grooming products or cosmetics that have been opened or used unless they’re defective. Postal rates are non-refundable.

Is there a minimum cost on orders?
We offer orders over £50 plus VAT & shipping.
