Brand new all over glitter by Saffron. Loads of glitter particles crammed into a gel base. The gel helps the glitter stick to lips, face, body, even delicate areas like eyelids. Build up layers for dramatic effects. Includes a double ended applicator which is be used to apply the glitter on to the skin easily. If you wanted to create a thin line use a thin angled eyeshadow brush to create a thin line.
